In the old bazaar you will find one of the best Turkish hammams sometimes co-ed but also can be arranged for private usage. Simple restaurants lie all around the old marina we find them a little to pushy and overpriced for quality. In the Nestle Marina is the Sea Club a fun place for drinks (great Bloody Marys) as well as excellent dining (try the special calamaris). Lots of shopping especially beautiful ceramic bowls and plates. Whether you stay in Hisarnou or for day to go for lovely swim you must enjoy a meal at Zuhal not only is the food simple but cleverly mixed spices and ingredients the location is perfect. On the seaside with nothing around except a small marina, actually one large pier where very expensive private yachts moor and all you see is very clean seas. Do try her chocolate mousse ice cream, yummy!

Yes this is fantasy island, but on a long
peninsula outside of Marmaris. Quiet, serene and beautifully decorated, it fits nicely into its natural surroundings. Worth a longer stay than what we usually recommend for Marmaris.
