All organic, natural fresh products are carefully hand picked from gardens by farmers, with large local and international cheese assortments, world famous Datca Honey, Aegean olives and local extra virgin olive oils, home made jams, local herbs and herbal tea, fresh country bread from our woodfire brick oven, organic country eggs and suprises of traditionnal healty Mediterranean breakfast.
Day
Before the dinner, where ever and when ever you prefer lunch... while tanning or under a fig tree, or perhaps on your room's private balcony or may be next to the sea, Sabrinas kitchen team will read your mind and suprise you a fabulous lunch of Turkish and International flavour. If you are still relaxing with your book at tea time,delicious delights to tempt and spoil you. If the desert you desire is not on around, the Chéf will be glad to prepare it for you!
Dinner and Romance
Delicious local flavours and casual elegance will make your romantic dinner at Sabrina's unforgetable. Menu changes and gastronomic samples of authentic Turkish cuisine are offered daily. The catch of the day & the sea food from Bozburun Bay, traditional Turkish dishes using extra virgin olive oil, local Aegean and Mediterranean appetizers and dishes; samples of seven regions of Turkey and deserts to blow your mind... Again if you are shy to try, the Chéf will create what you desire and we promise you will leave smiling.Dinner can be served water front while you listen to the Sea, in a small boat or in your room with the moon and it's glow as your companions.
Picnic & BBQ Nights
Highly recommend our sailing tour in the Bay, which leaves after breakfast. Chill and Relax as the boat visits the regions gorgeous coast and Symi Island. After lunch and happy hour, you will return to Sabrina's Haus to refresh yourself in time for romantic candle-lit picnic & BBQ held at Boz Island, right across from Sabrina's Haus.
Evening, Wine, Coctails
End your romantic evening listening to some smooth music and try some of our large selection of Turkish and International wines from cellar.
