Alkyonis Villas offers 13 studios and apartments all with large individual verandas offering a panoramic view of the sea, the whole bay and the sunset, all equipped with air-conditioning, TV and telephone.
The studios (45mē) consist of a bedroom with twin built in beds semi-detached from a living room with 2 sofa-beds, an equipped kitchen, and a veranda.
The standard apartments (55mē) have a completely separate bedroom with built double beds and a living room.
The superior apartment (80mē) is at the top floor of the building, the "penthouse" of Alkyonis Villas, exclusively designed and decorated, surrounded by a large private veranda with panoramic sea views and consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a matrimonial bed an one with two single beds), 2 bathrooms, a large equipped kitchen, a large living room with 2 sofa-beds, and a fire place.
Cleaning service is daily, change of linen is every 3 days. Restaurants, shops and bus stop are 150 m. away.
The town of Kamares is the best place to be in Sifnos, with a large number of excellent sea-food tavernas, and several bars, yet there are plenty of quiet spots where you can enjoy a drink and conversation while watching the sunset in the middle of the big bay. It is also the easiest place to get to because this is where the ferry and Flying Dolphin come. Agia Marina is directly across the bay from Kamares so of course it is quieter, but still within easy walking distance of the nightlife. The beach is one of the longest in the cyclades and stays shallow for a long way so it's perfect for families with small children. As the view from the veranda shows you it is only a few feet away from the Alkyonis Villas.
