As you enter from the road there is a private gated entrance with private parking for the villa
. On the ground floor there is an open plan sitting area with a dining area for 6-8 persons. There is also a separate full equipped kitchen. A double bedroom with en suite bathroom is just net to the living area. You can exit to the pool area from all rooms in this floor.
On the lower floor there is bedroom with two beds that can be twins or double bed with and en suite bathroom with shower. You can exit to the terrace and the pool from this bedroom directly
On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms a with double beds, en suite bathrooms and balconies with sea views. All beds can be twins or doubles as per your request. A/C,satelite tv, dvd, mini hi fi,Wi fi internet are available.
The exterior area features private pool sunbeds , umbrellas and outdoors dining facilities.
Of course you are just a step away from the sea. On the left you can walk along the beach path and you can stay in small private sandy coves or walk to the big organized beach of Santa Maria with sunbeds, beach bars, windsurfing. There are also a couple of nice restaurants just a short walk from the villa.
