This rare house, literally carved into the cliffs features large terraces and a very nice private pool to offer these stunning views. As like any hotel or Villa built on the caldera the beaches are on the flat side of Island about 20 mins away.
The cave-like interiors are cool and elegant, with independent en-suite guestrooms and large living areas, fully equipped with all the trappings of urban life. The resident chef and host will be taking care of all your needs making sure that your concerns are limited to the choice of cocktail to accompany the magical sunsets.
Molded into the volcanic rock, bedrooms are cool and airy during the day, and dark and very quiet during the night. Each has its own separate entrance, en suite facilities, and a small kitchen. Decoration is simple and elegant, and great attention has been given to comfort and detail, giving the villa the air of a relaxed family house. The living rooms are fully equipped with entertainment systems and all the conveniences of urban life, while wireless internet covers most areas.
Spacious terraces spread across multiple levels offer different lounging areas from which to enjoy the view, and a number of choices for drinking and dining. The pool is the largest private pool on the Caldera, an excellent reason to stay at home during the busy days of August.

Lower level: Three independent double bedrooms, en suite, with kitchenettes. Swimming pool and terrace. Living area with home theatre. One double bedroom, en suite with kitchenette further below.
Upper level: Living area, dining room, yoga / massage room. Separate staff quarters, laundry
room and main kitchen.
The Service is exceptional since the crew adapt to families or groups looking for some privacy but still accessible to all aspects of the Islands and enjoy one on one service.
The house has a permanent staff of four – a host, a chef and a housekeeper maintance for grounds– who will go out of their way to make your holiday as perfect as possible.
Chef will prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes using local ingredients for you to enjoy under the shade of the pergola, by the pool, or - in early autumn - in the indoor dining room with the fire crackling in the fireplace.
Your host will take care of all the details of your stay, from recommending a sea-side restaurant and booking you the table closest to the sea, to arranging a sailing excursion around the surrounding islands followed by an evening shopping spree. He will prepare the sunset cocktails, arrange for a yoga session at sunrise, book massages and beauty treatments, or simply give you a short run-through of the island’s history.
